For the initial project, this position will be primarily on site in Houston with travel to client sites outside of Houston up to 50% of the time.

In this role, you will work to drive transformation efforts by aligning stakeholders, refining user interfaces, and delivering actionable insights through transparent reporting. Key Responsibilities

 

Systems Analysis and Profiling

  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to develop functional specifications.
  • Conduct analysis on system inconsistencies and recommend resolutions.
  • Evaluate current UI/UX screens in legacy systems and identify screens – both existing and new –required for the target system.

System Review & Transformation

  • Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to define system requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed system transformation rules to ensure accurate migration and integration with target platforms.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Partner closely with project management, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and report progress.
  • Document project processes, assumptions, and decisions to build reliable and comprehensive project knowledge base.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver periodic reports covering data quality metrics, project status, and potential risks.
  • Design dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and progress with clarity.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems (CYGNET and Ignition)
  • Experience with AUTOSOL,FLOWCAL or Historian solutions is preferred.
  • Understanding of system design, configuration, and testing principles.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working multiple projects (splitting time) while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 50% outside of Houston
