Don Shiner recently completed two feasibility studies that formed the basis for two investment prospectuses with this client. The first was for an adult lifestyle community based on manufactured housing and the second was for construction of affordable apartments for seniors. Both projects have moved to the next stages of planning and both involved focus groups and in depth interviewing of aging baby boomers. Our predictive model was modified for each project and used to generate sales forecasts that formed the base of financial forecasts.
