Alex Filimon undertook a study to determine the feasibility of the transformation of the Richmond Hill Farm into a Country Inn with a small restaurant and five rooms for guests. To complete the study Mr. Filimon analyzed both secondary (information previously published or reported by other organizations) and primary data (first-hand data from interviews with managers/owners of tourism operators in Nova Scotia).
