The Greater Toronto Transit Authority (GO Transit) recently embarked on a modernization plan that calls for expenditures of $100 million a year for the next ten years to refurbish and expand its transportation system. Novus has been engaged to lead GO Transit in the acquisition and implementation of new finance, human resources and payroll systems. In the first phase of the project, Novus will be guiding GO Transit through the requirements definition, business case development and systems procurement process. In the subsequent solutions implementation phase, Novus was engaged to project manage the implementation.
