As part of a program to become a world class water utility, the Halifax Regional Water Commission needed a comprehensive IT strategy to complement its business process improvement activities. Novus was engaged as project consultants to guide the Commission through an IT strategic planning process. Our project entailed determining needs and opportunities through extensive consultation with management and staff and best practices research, leading senior management through a visioning and priority setting process and developing a comprehensive multi-phased IT strategy.
