Bob Jolliffe was engaged to identify key operations problems and set improvement action plans for a large Nova Scotia toy manufacturer. Following discussions with the intern and with the president, Bob coached the intern to conduct administrative operational assessments, evaluate and identify communications and information sharing issues with their Chinese manufacturer, and to define key components needed in their contract with their agent in China. Bob coached the intern in his development an implementation action plan.
