Novus was engaged to develop a comprehensive export strategic plan and financial forecast for marketing educational products and services internationally. Bob Jolliffe led the Novus team in working with the Strategic Alliance Steering Committee members to develop vision and mission statements, and strategic objectives. We then evaluated best recruiting practices from around the world, assessed world-wide market trends and opportunities, identified niches to match the region's product attributes, and developed a full featured strategic and implementation plan, and financial forecasts. Novus also assessed options and recommended the best governance and management structure for the Alliance. The plan was implemented shortly after its completion and the client has been successful in meeting targets.
