Novus provided export mentoring for a number of food and agrifood operations including including JustUs! Coffee Roasters and Eastern Protein Foods/Eden Valley Farms. We provided assistance and mentoring to the senior marketing people to gather key market intelligence, identify opportunities and threats, and to prepare foreign market entry/expansion strategies and plans for their products. We also helped the clients to draft e-business strategies and plans as part of their overall export strategic plan.
