Bob Jolliffe was asked by the Halifax Regional Municipality to develop an appropriate governance and management structure for a proposed multi-use community event centre, as part of a larger project. Bob developed and evaluated several options, some of which were based on best practices he identified from other similar facilities. His recommendation for the most suitable option was adopted by the city.
