Novus assisted Oxford Frozen Foods Limited in the financial software acquisition process by sourcing potential suppliers, developing an RFP, facilitating the education and supplier shortlist screening process, selecting the preferred vendor and negotiating contracts. Recognizing the very substantial effort required to implement the system in a large multi-branch company, our client hired an in-house project manager. We supported the systems implementation project by being a member of the Steering Committee, "mentoring" the new project manager on a day by day basis, assisting the project manager where required in negotiation with contractors and carrying out special projects when needed.
