Oxford Frozen Foods is an international food company based in Nova Scotia that has grown from its modest beginnings in 1968 into a highly successful and respected global conglomerate. Novus has provided consulting services to Oxford and its associated business interests for over 20 years.
Our projects have included developing an initial IT strategy and facilitating the selection of their first information systems in the early Eighties, working with Oxford to select a replacement ERP system in the late Nineties, leading a post implementation evaluation, business process review and action plan development, acting as a interim IT director for a related company and a number of targeted IT advisory projects.
