Light Capture Inc. (LCI ) is a very innovative company that is devising new optical devices that are incorporated in consumer products. The challenge for the company was to determine if there was a market for their innovative products and to find out more about its competitors.

Novus was retained to conduct a situational analysis that involved secondary and primary data analysis. We conducted interviews with more than 50 executives from the biometrics industry, on three continents and profiled 150 companies. We have also developed a comprehensive action plan for LCI in order to launch their new product. Currently, the company has retained our services for crafting their long-term marketing strategy, including a comprehensive branding initiative.
