LakeCity Woodworkers is a unique manufacturer of fine pine and re-seller of hardwood furnishings. The enterprise's senior executive, with the backing of his Board of Directors, believed that the organization needed to develop a strategic growth plan that was based in part on an assessment of market opportunities and addressing issues concerning existing and new products.
LakeCity hired Novus to conduct an overview of the firm's operations to identify issues in information management and production planning and control. We then assessed market opportunities and challenges for their products, and followed the review of these results by leading the executive team to define strategic objectives and priorities. Novus completed the work by developing a three year strategic plan and financial forecast document.
