In 2002, when the Director IT position became vacant, EastLink decided to take some time to assess its IT management needs and structure rather than proceeding to fill the vacant position immediately. EastLink engaged Novus to provide the interim IT management function until a new IT Director was recruited. In addition to day-to-day management of EastLink's IT staff, our Novus team completed many projects including a review of all existing systems, conducting an IT operational review & implementing recommendations, scanning the market for prospective integrated systems solutions, planning and implementing function-specific systems solutions and implementing enhanced IT management methodologies.
